Anna has a civil engineering background and over 15 years of experience in conducting large-scale investment projects for Polish and foreign companies within the energy and construction sector. She has been engaged in the preparation of multiple applications for obtaining seabed permits. She has developed highly organizational and interpersonal skills, allowing effective project coordination, cooperation with clients, as well as building and maintaining good relationships with representatives of administration and project stakeholders.

Karlis is a seasoned policy expert with 20 years of experience in EU and national level. He has been in the energy domain since 2014, working initially on negotiating and later drafting EU legislation. For the past 3 years, Karlis was responsible for Estonian industrial and renewable energy policy, initiating a 4-fold increase in the installed solar capacity, doubling of onshore wind and completion of the first public hydrogen recharging points for vehicles, and more.

Nikon is a certified electrical engineer and PhD candidate in oceanography with expertise in energy systems, marine renewables, and innovation. Until recently, he served as Offshore Wind Energy Counsellor at the Estonian Ministry of Climate, where he led Estonia's role in the €40M ELWIND offshore wind project and worked on a €2.6B renewable energy state aid application approved by the European Commission.

Keith has been developing renewable energy projects across North America for over 20 years, including early development of tidal and offshore wind projects. He has worked with leading international developers to grow multi-gigawatt portfolios of onshore wind, including some of the first projects with ownership by Mi'kmaq partners. He has led stakeholder conversations for offshore projects across Atlantic Canada, including with provincial governments, fishing associations and First Nations, developing strategic options for project concept and site selection.
